The purpose of this course is to equip participants with the requisite knowledge and skills to facilitate impactful leadership. This program is designed to enable introspection and an in-depth understanding of how one’s behaviour impacts others. Emotional intelligence is considered a powerful component of effective leadership. It enables recognition and positive management of one’s emotions and relationships with others.
