The purpose of this course is to equip learners with knowledge, skills and abilities in team building, engagement and empowerment. It also enables learners to understand the importance of building synergies among people within organisations in order to attain their goal of growth and high productivity. A team that is unified, strong and working in harmony is able to achieve greater effectiveness and efficiency.
