The purpose of this course is for learners to engage with ethical and moral issues in leadership contexts. Learners will have an opportunity to communicate ethical leadership perspectives through experiential, skill-based competencies such as critical thinking and the practicing of emotional intelligence Each module will conclude with a relevant project which allows for skills application. The projects will allow for application of critical ethical theories to real societal situations
